Centering Prayer: A Prayer of the Heart

The intention of centering prayer is to “be still and know God,” to open our hearts and minds to God’s presence and action in us, and to rest in God. Join us for half an hour to sing simple refrains, hear sacred writings, and sit in silence for twenty minutes.
